Here is a quick workout to do that is sure to be effective:
Warm up by joggin in place and doing 50 jumping jacks
30 Squats
30 Skater Jumps
30 Push Ups
30 Crunches
30 Squat Jumps
30 Dips (find something to grab ahold of)
30 Mountain Climbers
30 V-ups
30 Butt lifts
Repeat as desired :)
Try to repeat twice!
